Antalis Publishes ESG 2023 Report

In 2023, Antalis reached an important step in its commitment to sustainable development, making progress on a wide range of environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives. The company has implemented strategic actions and made tangible improvements to demonstrate its commitment to integrating sustainable practices throughout its operations worldwide. Its efforts reflect its ongoing ambition to make a positive contribution to environmental management, social responsibility and sound governance. The new edition of Antalis' ESG report, which covers the year 2023, sheds light on the progress made by the brand to meet the growing expectations of its market and stakeholders through concrete actions and commitments:

• Environment: improving warehouse energy efficiency, offering more sustainable alternatives, ensuring the sustainability of wood fiber products, tackling greenhouse gas emissions and implementing solutions to reduce our carbon footprint.

• Social: striving to achieve a "zero" workplace accident rate, improving employee skills, sharing initiatives and promoting best practices within the Antalis group, donations, sponsorships and charitable activities.

• Governance: ensuring Group transparency and alignment, risk assessments to guarantee sustainable sourcing from suppliers, compliance with the highest international standards (ethics, labor, human rights, environment).

With 4,200 employees and 105 logistics centers in 32 countries, Antalis is committed to meeting the challenges of climate change and decarbonization and Antalis' progress has been recognised by its recent gold medal in EcoVadis.
